NEW: You can now search application status by individual member on Producer World

We added a new feature to Producer World reporting to allow you to search by a member’s name, Aetna Medicare number or CMS Medicare ID number. This new feature will save you time when you’re looking up an individual member’s application status.

How to use the new feature

Below are steps on how to use the member search option. We've also created a guide with pictures on how to use the new feature.

Log in to Producer World
Select “Individual Medicare”
Click on the “Reports tab”
Click on the “Access reporting” tab
Click on the “Member Application Search” option
Enter either the member’s name, Aetna Medicare ID number or the CMS Medicare number and click “Search”
Then, click “Search”
