Each of us has an obligation to ensure a workplace culture that reflects our values as well as our commitment to our Standards of Conduct. Ascension’s Compliance Program, led by our Chief Compliance Officer, exists to act as a collaborative partner that provides expertise and guidance to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules in order to promote a culture of compliance that protects the integrity of the organization.

If you have questions or come across a situation which you believe violates the law, a regulation, or Ascension Policies or Procedures, you should consult your Supervisor, Human Resources, your local Compliance contact, or the Ascension Values Line. As part of your new hire onboarding you will be required to take new hire training which will go into more details of the Compliance Program. However, the Ascension Compliance Tip Sheet provides you with a brief overview of your responsibilities and considerations as you join us in our shared commitment to the Standards of Conduct.
