Attention iPad users:
It's time to update the Ascend app
If you use the Ascend Virtual Sales Office app on an iPad (iOS) device, you need to take action and download an updated version of the app prior to the 2020 AEP selling season. This is a required update for all iPad devices. Otherwise, it won’t work properly the next time you try to login.
To complete the update, just go to the Ascend website at https://arm.ascendproject.com, sign in with your current Ascend user name and password and then download the latest version of Ascend.
