Only agents who are ready-to-sell Aetna MA/MAPD products can access the site. Additionally, you need to be ready-to-sell SilverScript PDP to access the Silver Script Agent Portal to order PDP enrollment kits. Both Aetna MA/MAPD and SilverScript PDP ordering sites can be accessed through Producer World. What is my username and password? You'll use your NPN for both your username and password. Why am I getting an "Error Code 500" message? This means something in your profile is incorrect. This error message is tied to your username, address, email or telephone number. It often happens when you use a web browser (such as Google Chrome) to auto-fill your profile fields. If a field turns blue when the name is filled in, it'll cause a "Error code 500" when you try to submit the order. To avoid this error, make sure you manually type your name, address, email and telephone in to the fields. Why do you verify addresses through USPS? Because if you enter an address that is not found with the USPS, we aren't able to deliver you enrollment kits. You'll need to use a different physical address. Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. Box? No. We use UPS to deliver all orders and they don't deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please use a physical address for your order. What if my address changed? The site automatically verifies addresses with the USPS for every order. If the site automatically updates your address, you'll be asked to confirm your order and click the submit button twice.
